Compacks DVD 101 (again)

HI i actually work for woolworths so figured with discount and all that i should really take advantage of the low price, i do agree with what most people have been saying though for £100 you cant really argue with it the ease of use is way ahead of a vcr and only marginally more expensive. We have been getting a lot of refunds on them though mostly due to people complaining that they are too complicated to set up, i agree and disagree with this if you are just linking it to the terrestrial signal it is as straightforward as setting up a vcr (although the no input scart is a bit of a sore point) however what i have been having problems with is getting my digibox to run through the av.

My digibox only has 2 scart outlets and no 3pin outlets so i have been using a 3 pin to scart to connect the digibox to the dvd 101, then connecting the tvt to dvd 101 with a scart to scart and 3pin to scart respectively, however although i get the dvd101 display on the tv i just get "av1 no input" "av2 no input" etc i have tried just getting the didgibox as one of my terrestrial channels using rf cables but the picture is awful.

So any help would be greatly appreciated?
