Pioneer NS-DV55 (XV-DV55) Region Hack?

Are there any hacks to make this choose a region or make it multi - region?

MP3 on Warfdale 750s

Hello,
I have seen some reference in this forum to the Warfdale 750s playing MP3`s. Is there any particular format or filename I should use when creating the mp3 cd?
