The only thing i would say about R3 titles is that the packaging looks a little cheap.

Well R3s of US films anyway, as the packaging for there own is usually exceptional.

I bought the R3 Day After Tomorrow from cd-wow, and it looks a bit dodgy too. It didn`t even come sealed! :( So i got a replacement sent as it seemed used and the replacement was also open.

These promotional box sets are supplied by a different releasing supplier and as such we have to wait until the box sets can be delivered to us before we are able to dispatch the orders to our customers.

There are no differences between the box sets currently available and the promotional copies, the only difference lies in the price.

CD-WOW are good, but don`t be suprised if you receive Canadian discs from them. Kill Bill 1 & 2, Open Range, Monsters Inc, Hulk all were the french language versions. Some only have "French Version included" on the cover, but Kill Bill and Hulk were dual language covers >:( . Also Back To The Future.

Yes DVDWorldUSA are USA only (well apart from certain discs Traffic - Criterion & Memento SE for example) but they are far too expensive, £16.99 for a new film - robbery.

Try DVDPacific.com they are USA only discs and are very very cheap. As long as you order under £18 you won`t get customs fees. There Criterions are well cheap some are around £12, where as DVDWorldUSA they sometimes charge £25-£30.

Also Playusa, cd-wow etc sell Canadian coz they are cheaper to buy. ;)

Have been using UKDVDR.co.uk and Moreforyourmonkey.co.uk as well have had no probs. Only thing is the postage costs best to buy alot in one go. Riteks are the best with the GO4 dye, dont be tempted by the cheaper discs.

You cant go wrong with ritek X4 Oranges.

Never seen Dog Soldiers or Narc. I used to really like Face Off, but for some reason not too keen anymore.

. . . bet he likes XXX as well. That has gotta be the film i hate the most ever, next to Res Evil. How Anderson cocked that up i`ll never know. Why didn`t he just take the script from the games. :/

Yeah i`m interested in this Platinum release too. But i can`t find out any info, hopefully it will be a 2 disc set. Too be honest it bet it will be same as everywhere else but probably with DTS and a nicer cover.

I`ve looked around and they are saying that they look as they did when first aired. From that alone i can imagine they look a bit dodgy.

I`m tempted to still get the set, but then they might not accept returns from overseas.

Warner have accidently released the cut Tom & Jerry episodes. And they are being replaced for uncut discs.

I agree AVP is better than Resurrection, but only just. Both films are awful. I could watch AVP again as a mindless pop corn flick.

But compared to the first two, and to a degree even the third they are no match.

A making of AVP program was just on TV. I`ve never seen Anderson before, OMG what a tosser. He says that he was following Ridleys idea by having great actors in his movie!

Really? I`ve just ordered this from Movietyme. Are you sure they are cut, i`ve seen reviews that say otherwise. I know they are out of sequence though.

That release date is wrong though, Play-Asia.com have now changed there date to the 22th November! The japanese release too >:( I have been waiting for this game since the start of the year. How many more times are they going to postpone it? Looks like it must have some serious problems.

hi i ordered the 2 disc Oldboy from CD-Wow a couple of weeks ago. Having still not received it i emailed them and they are waiting for stock, which they will receive next monday.
But this might just be for existing orders they may not put it back up for sale.

Why not use Yesasia they have it for about £13.
