Need Hack For TEVION TSDVD 1200 (Aldi) Is it Multi Regional???

I am considering buying TEVION TSDVD 1200 from Aldi. Can anyone tell me if this is a multi region player. The box quotes that it will play all formats of disc and it is multi language. If not a multi region are there hacks for it. I cannot find out if this is a clone from another maufacturer. To hack I presumably need to know manufacturer. Your help appreciated .
