Anyone Know Of A Multi-region Hack For A Toshiba SD-241e DVD Player?

I was given a Toshiba SD-241e dvd player for Christmas, it`s very nice! The thing is, it won`t play anything but region 2 discs. Please help, I can`t play any of my US stuff!

I`ve just bought a Toshiba SD241-e, any idea if the code is the same for this model?? What`s the difference anyway between an SD240 and an SD241??!!

Any info would be good as I got a load of US region 1 dvd`s for Christmas that don`t work, yet!!
