About this user: I have just purchased a Pacific DVD 1002 mk 2 and it wont play mpg`s etc. just says `unknown disc. My neighbour has the older version and it will play the same disc no problem, anyone any ideas?

did you buy the mk 1 or mk 2?
I cant play mpg DVDr`s on the mk2 that my neighbour mk 1 will play!
