I`ve had exactly the same problem. I cancelled my so called free trial and yet was billed for it. I have lost count of how many times I have emailed them - all have been ignored.
I would warn anybody thinking of joining to think very hard before giving this bunch of cowboys their credit card details.
If anyone has a telephone number and/or address for them I would be very grateful.
