Hi, I did the following if anyone is interested in doing this for a cheap Stag do:-

Megabus to London from Cardiff
(plus 5 spare tickets for a later time, incase people arrived too late)
Travelodge triple room £26 per room per night (2 days) booked Oct 2006 for July 2007
Breakfast (2 days)
Thames RIB (speedboat)
Spy School
Partybus + club
Megabus to Cardiff from London
(plus 5 spare tickets for a later time, incase people were too hungover or wanted to stay to shop)

20 people at £150 each. Which also paid for the Stag and his costume (ebay)

Thats cheap!!
Advertised room rate at hotel was £80 per night, which impressed everyone.

my link was to a switched box, the three push buttons on the front SHOULD do the work of keeping the signal seperate. THEY DONT.
I`ll fork out on one of the others when my Xbox comes back from repair.

Bit the bullet and got one yesterday in Bridgend. Had to drop workmate off to pick their car up after the MOT and told them about the deal. Said I`d get one for her, but I had the last one there. She`s managed to reserve one in Ammanford, quite a few miles away, to pick up later today.

Anyone know where to get a cheap second controller? I got a moody flatmate/landlord so its hidden away until i get one, or he`ll sulk.

Just got mine too.

I had a strange email, saying I had tickets. It really confused me because I forgot all about it, I hadn`t recieved them in the post at that point, and there was no voucher attached. Hotmail also said the source of the email may be dodgy too.

All sorted when I got the tickets though. Just got to sort out who to take.

The phones not too bad, but the camera is rubbish in low light and theres no volume control for playback of video. So recording stuff at a concert means you need to manually control the volume by putting your hand over the speaker.

Hello again,

I saw X-men 3 the other night, not too bad. Noticed that towards the end though, it turned very dark very quick, and cars with drivers who had run away, suddenly had lights turned on. Apart from that not too bad.

Da Vinci Code was extremely close to the book, with one or two changes. Acting by Hanks WAS as woodern as they said in the reviews. A bloke wanted for murder rushes to the a place of safety to find the police waiting there. The reaction from Hanks was as if he`d come downstairs and left something upstairs and had to go back to get it. NO EMOTIONS AND VERY WEAK. BUT a good film none the less.

Theres a while to go on the ebay auction and it local pickup, but shouldnt go to much higher.
Had my £350 LCD monitor/TV with picture in picture and teletext stolen a few months ago when I moved back in with my parents after splitting with the Ex, so no tv or computer at home. Now I`ve moved out again I was looking for at least something to replace either. At least I can use the internet at work for now.

p.s. Anyone get to the Buy offer before it all sold out again?

sorry Anni it says "nothing" as in "no tv on the website", it refreshed and then changes to TV is up, gets the focus (pops to front) and plays an alert sound. I quickly put it together yesterday so wasnt to fussy about what it said, just that it worked.

p.s. put a bid in for 99p for a 14" TV, so happy for now
