cd burner help!

can anyone help me i got a cd-rw "artec WRR-4848" it wont burn anything it say it is complete and when you enter it in to a cd player it says disc not finalized but on nero it says complete 100% can anyone help ?

just ask for the £19.99 gold package and it 512kb until they upgrade its £29.99 for 1mb which will be upgraded to 2mb and £16 for silver which is 256kb which is upgrading to 512kb

if you buy the silver package you get upgraded in june to the 512kb
if you buy the gold package for £19.99 you get the 1mb
if you buy the 1mb package you get the 2mb

upgrades take place in june 2005
