RE: LG RC1000 VCR and DVD Recorder Combi Problems

RE: LG RC1000 VCR and DVD Recorder Combi Problems

I am confused about your reply. Usually it is possble to tune a TV to a channel the recorder passes on to the RF output, that is the recorder acts like another TV Channel, I believe it use to be around Ch37. Thus the local TV set can be tuned into video channel while the other TV set just picks up the necessary channel require from the RF loop theough.

That is the output from the video recorder not passes on the reception from the aerial but adds an addition channel to the RF output. Thus any subsequent TV can tune into any channel on the RF output of the recorder.

I believe this has been the case since video recorders were introduced.

RE: LG RC1000 VCR and DVD Recorder Combi Problems

Likewise I am impressed with the promised specification of the unit. Only had it a couple of days and like yourself I do no wish to use the scart for viewing as I have another TV connected to the RF lesd. My current configuration does not follow the normal pattern but has been working with another Video/DVD combination.
Have you been able to find a fix.
