I have just purchased this set, but the display appears to be weak/faint. The TEVION motif displayed when idle is generally weak but especially some segments of the "V" and the "I". Phone numbers when entered are a little better but still not very bright. I returned the 1st set I bought, hoping the replacement would be better, but is is not. Is this a fault or are they all like this. I phoned the help desk at 3.30 pm (the warranty card says 9am to 5pm) Got message saying 9am to 4pm !!!! mmmm. I think 3.30 pm is before 4pm is`nt it, but they did`nt answer !!! DOOOH. grateful for any info
