From Hamish to Mojo risin.
Are you sure your code is correct? Each time I enter the numbers "2 4 0 3 9 6 0" into my Toshiba SD240E it come up as "Region 6" which I understand is China! Am sticking with Region 2 until you tell me where I or you have gone wrong!
