RE: I wanna xbox 360 but need a HD TV first - please educate me!!!

:) I bought a 27" HDTV for my bedroom ( the missus wasn`t too pleased cos I`m 40 next month) to link with my XBOX 360 (which is STILL on order) for the the exact same reason as you ie Call of Duty graphics. I read somewhere on t`internet that Samsung tvs have the best response rate to provide the best picture but I am having probs with the picture quality on mine with normal Sky and DVD so be careful

RE: Picture Problem On Samsung LCD TV Poss Sky Related

:( I have just replaced a Phillips 20" HDTV, LCD with a 27" Samsung because the picture kept fluctuating from bright to dark ( especially when watching cricket on Sky ). The engineer from Comet agreed that the picture was not right so I had no problem in replacing. However my Samsung is doing the exact thing but more noticeably when I play a DVD. It also has a blocky look in dark areas....anyone had the same problem?
