Hey,
The 23rd Century label do not put out pirate material, they just put out public domain films and pre-cut VHS rips that they can get the copyright too cheap. Anyone visiting their showroom will be able to see the copyright agreements that they have if you don`t believe me, however the copyrighted titles that they license only have a 2 year limit. I know all this as they have purchased a couple of cheapie adult titles off us and also a naturist documentary.
