RE: Lecson 900 DVD MP3 Playback. - How to?

All the songs are at the root level. - would filename length bother it at all? some of the songs have names > 8 charachters...

Lecson 900 DVD MP3 Playback. - How to?

Hi all,
I bought the lecson over the wharfdale due to the fact that it can play MP3`s.

The Problem:

I`ve burnt a CD-ROM (ISO9660 / Joliet) on my PC as a closed disc (not multisession), on a good TDK disc (which I can read and play from in the PC) with about 640mb of MP3`s on it. Unfortuonatly, when I put it in the DVD player, the LCD display just says `BAD DISK.` Now I know this not to be true, as I can read it in my PC. Am I doing anything glaringly wrong?

Am I putting in a CD with too many songs (>100)? or should I burn a multisession CD? I don`t know....

(I saw in the manual that the player cannot play CD-ROM discs - Surely not! How am I supposed to get MP3`s to run then??)

Anyway, I`m slightly confused, and any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Simon
