Today my replacement r4ds card arrived. no email contact or anything from them. But a card has arrived.

So I dont know what took them so long but finally they sorted it for me. I am still going to find another supplier for my stuff though as communication with this lot stinks.

I too purchased m3 and r4 from this site. In fact I ordered 6 and 3. they all arrived with no problems, but 1 of them was faulty. He said he would swap it out straight away. But 21 days later and no replacement. I have sent them a few emails but to no avail.

I thought I had found a reliable supplier, but it would seem that I was wrong.

I would really like to be proved wrong on this and receive my replacement card but it looks very unlikely.

I just went back to the site and the site seems to have been pretty much closed down. It still has the main page but nothing else from there on in. No reply to phones either. I am gonna try a bit more and then its time to pay a visit to Pooh Corner.
