Apologies for lateness of the reply, I don`t usually come into the hardware forum, it might be useful for others who are buying this set to know, I bought one from Empiredirect and joined their club for £30 pounds which extended the warranty (parts and labour only) on the set to 3 years.
Also at the Derby store there was a Curry`s next store that was price matching it, but no warranty offer, were at my local Chesterfield Currys it was £650.

I`ve just bought a LCD 37 inch Samsung from Empire Direct and they were a lot cheaper than else where, also joined their membership scheme (£30) and got the warranty upgraded to 3 years parts and labour.
