The DVD`s of the shows should be the same as shown on the TV (Minus the add breaks) so they should have the tunes attached - but dont take my humble word for it.

Laptop help

I`m looking to buy an inexpensive laptop/notebook for around £300. I`ve ben round some stores & they all seem to give contradicing info. :/ Can anyone help with a suggestion. I want it mainly for email, internet & photo storage. Oh & I cant stand Vista. Fussy whatsit aint I.

I was in London Town late last night and had no problems - wrong time, wrong place is, unfortunately, what it boils down to in my opinion

Tell me about it, what with the stabbing in Worthing the other day. Definitely wrong place wrong time. I`ve seen more trouble in Worthing than I ever have in London.

EEW no ta but thanks anyway. BB winds me up so I never watch it now.

The exercise tip & the `W` suggestion will probably be tried.

Help please, I can`t sleep

Can anyone suggest anything that can help me get to sleep. I seem to be existing on 3-4 hours a night at the moment & it`s getting me down. I`ve tried the relaxing lavender bath & the glass of warm milk. I just can`t seem to shut off. (:¦ :(
