JVC XV-522 Macrovision

I have the above DVD player - hacked - just wondering if anyone can answer this question - I seem to be able to record some DVDs with no probs (final destination R2) but when trying to record the Exorcist R2 Won`t let me! I thought that all disc were encoded with Macrovision - if so why can I record one and noth the other!

Any help would be greatly appreiated

Cant help you with a hack mate! I had my reprogrammed when I brought it -just had a prob with playing Hollow man!

Well this movie - I would buy in flick-book format now if I could - I am now far more weary after purchasing Hollow man in the states and this bleeding thing dont even work on my player (mega p***ed off). So that has put me off - but I always want everything there and then, I hate waiting!

Regarding previous message regarind Hollow Man working on my DVD - it did when I got it back. NOW! after switching to the DVD back on it wont play the bloody thing!!!

Dont know what they have done but the shop I brought my DVD from have upgraded the software so that it now plays RCE DVDs which it didnt b4 which I am highly excited about! If anyone know anymore about this let me know!
