Hi,
Try this with the disk tray open. Using your remote type in 0111 then type in the region number of the disk you want to play 1 USA 2 Eurpoe and so on then put in the disk and all going well you should see the film.

Hi,
I have had a Minato G-1 for a month and for a £129.00 I think it is a good player. I like the way the zoom can make a wide screen movie larger yet the film is still a good to watch. Also the added plus of being able to play MP3 disks that have been made on a computer writer is handy too.
