iI have had my limit player for a few months now and i am extremely pleased with it.
The picture and sound are both superb and the list of extras is amazing
I am a little confused by a few of the group postings though regarding this players multiregion hack and the subject of macrovision.
The code mentioned in the posts is correct but i set mine to region 0 not ( 9 ) and it autosenses the region.
I have never had any problems with any regions disks and also the macrovision was disabled when i bought the player.
Maybr the aldi`s model is a slightly different model.
Well i would recommend this player to anyone especially when used with a 32inch Philips widescreen tv

LIMIT JDV300A

I recently bought a limit dvd player from richer sounds and i was wondering if anybody has ever heard of them

It is multi region with a remote control code for selecting the required region.

It can also be set to region 0 which auto selects the required region.

It plays MP3s has numerous outputs, dolby digital encoder built in, ( or should that be decoder?)

It is a really marvellous machine that even plays region encoded dvd. And has the macrovision totally disabled

Problem is: I have looked all over the net but the limit make APPARENTLY does not exist.

I would like to find out as much as i can about this player but have had no luck so far .

Can anybody help me at all. I know it could be another make just badged as a limit????
