i used the aiwa remot (model RC-7ASo6) i pushed and held the shift button whilst pushing the number 9 button 3 times and the draw opend the word ajust appered, but i have not made it perniment or disabled the macrovision

i have gone to the dat console, activated the computer, gone back to the main menu, pushed 7 4 enter on my remote, but it just takes me bac to the data console again, i have a samsung 709, can anyonee help
