movietyme are offering the R1 trilogy on pre-order due out in december for only £22.99. i think id rather wait and pay an extra fiver for the `definitive` version, rather than buy the "world-wide" version in august.

Having said that, unless you`re nuts on BTTF, then the version arriving in September (or August in R4) has nearly all the extras barring a few extra outtakes and missing director`s commentary on 2 and 3 (and how many times can you honestly say you want to hear `X was great in this scene` or `we did this shot with a special effect`?). Plus you lower the risk of the package not getting lost in the mail (would you entrust a parcel in the week before Christmas to arrive safely and in one piece?). CD.WOW have the R4 version at a penny under 18 quid, and you could be watching it for 4 months before the R1 version arrives.

DVDsoon are offering it on pre-order (region 1-Canada, 17th December) for about £18.75 - that is the price including postage.
