Have WB dropped the price of a lot of thier disks? I was in ASDA last night and Oceans 11, Time Machine and Simpsons (I think) were about 12 each where as most of the others were still 15.99+

Comet were doing this as part of their BOGOF at £12.99, but everything else in the offer was well overpriced at £17.99, but I had no problem buying 2 copies of Ocean`s 11 and passed one on to my sister. Buy one and give one for Christmas?

I wonder if this is a marketing ploy since Blockbuster are refusing to stock it for rental, have you notices in Asda it`s stocked in the cheap cardboard cases - I perfer the hard plastic cases although it`s not worth paying an extra 4 quid for it.

I thinks WB is proving how much we are being ripped of when it comes to buy in DVD`s, 12 / 13 quid is a good retail price for DVD`s, with an extra quid added on for double discs.
