How long does it take for delivery? I ordered something last wednesday and although I got a confirmation email, that`s the last I heard from them. I haven`t got a personal account so I can`t see a way of tracking my order.

They are slow to deliver. I ordered stuff off them a few years back and they were really slow then.

What a bag of b[at]skcoll this company is. I ordered some sandals for my summer holidays using the £25 off voucher. The sandals cost £21 + about a fiver p&p. Good deal (or so I thought)

Two days later they take £9 !?!?!? from my account, I have had no contact from them whatsoever - not even an order confirmation!

A week after that they refund my account with £9, I still haven`t had any contact from them.

A few days after that, they take £9 from my account again, guess what... still no contact.

Today the footwear arrived in a torn and crushed box, I opened it up and they have sent me a completely different cheap `n` nasty pair of flip flops, with the word replacement on the invoice, and they retail for...ta da da.... £9.

Never had any order confirmation, no contact from them to say they where out of stock of my order, no word that they where going to send me something totally different. No mention of my discount.

I know that some people are saying that they have used them without problems, so I guess I`m the exception, but in my eyes, they where one of the worst online traders I have ever dealt with!

I was thinking of placing an order with LaRedoute, after reading your comments I think just thinking about it is the best option.
