Which Bargain DVD Player fron Asda?

Hi,
I have been thinking about buying the Pacific 1002 DVD from Asda that is £34.97 at the moment however when I was in today they had a Toshiba SD-130E for £39.99 which should I buy and has the Tosh got a region hack?
