Geeker: computer hardware bargain finder

andyt (Harmless) posted this on Sunday, 10th October 2004, 19:38

Hi all,

I`ve spent the last few days building a computer hardware product search tool thingy, because I got sick of spending ages trawling through Dabs, etc. for computer bits. It keeps track of prices and so can flag up bargains as they appear. You can also sign up for email alerts for the default search (bargains) or for a search of your choice.

Hopefully you`ll find it useful, as I have. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I`ve given the site the slightly dubious name of www.geeker.co.uk/!

Cheers,

Andy

Hi,

Seems to work ok, is easy to use!

The thing is though, I hate to burst your bubble, but, www.kelkoo.co.uk and www.pcindex.co.uk do a similar things :(

Kelkoo, is not just PC bits, but has got them, PC Index, is more confusing than your site, but just does computer bits, It does however have a useful range selector.
