If you had a Bluetooth connection on your PC, say one of those USB dongles you can get, could you use one of these instead of a microphone and earphone plugged into your PC, say for webcam video conferencing (MSN) or gaming use?

Would be a neat solution, and useful for other things too as Bluetooth gets more popular.
