May of course be fine but they take money as soon as you order i.e.

Anyone used already and recd goods?

I received the email with this site this morning but have never asked for it, so to me the whole affair sounds fishy. Tread with caution fellow punters, if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is!!!

i too also recieved this email, it looks very similar to those ebay/paypal phishing emails... with the links to take you to their site and then take your money!

When going through their terms & conditions from their checkout, it says:

"Company Registered No

and powered by worldpay (like CD-Wow).

Anyone know how to check if their are genuine from this?
or does worldpay offer customer protection against fraudulent sites using their services?

Initially I thought it was too good to be true, but I remembered being in a store in Sydney last year, can`t remember the name, but all their CD`s worked out about £3.50 each (the above titles included). Perhaps the site could be genuine - although I`m now holding off ordering anything til I know more.

Knowing what DVDs from Singapore are like (poor quality covers and picture/audio) I`d steer well clear of this

Looks like they have access to CD-WOW`s mailing list. When CD-WOW first started CDs were shipped out of Hong Kong, but country of origin for the product could be the EU, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore etc. Now it`s strictly EU product due to the BPI settlement, which opens up a market for companies like bangcd.com to undercut them. I agree with the poster who said that quality of product from Singapore is quite inferior to what we expect from the EU, Australia, the USA or Japan. CD-WOW took payment at the time of the order, but I never had a problem with backordered or damaged product. I`m not sure I would risk it with bangcd.com, though...and BTW, their unsubscribe email box is full!
