Page 1 of 10 Pack of Panasonic 4.7 GB 3 x DVD RAM £16.99

Just bought a Panasonic DMR - ES10 recorder and while looking around for discs seen these on offer in Currys so I bought a pack as everywhere else on the high street the same discs are 5 for £12.99 and a 10 pack from SVP would cost me £15 with postage costs on top.

Sounded a good deal to me, was it ?

Yup, seems a pretty good deal to me. I`ll have to see if they`ve got any near here as I was in Currys on Saturday but only spotted a 5 pack for £12.99. 10 for 17 quid is the best price i`ve seen since Argos were doing the buy one get one free a few months back. I`d got pretty low so ended up ordering some Panasonic RAMs in caddies from SVP on monday anyway, so I`ve got a few to be going on with for now ;)

Imagine the caddies protect the discs nicely but how easy is it to get them out to put in a PC drive? You don`t break the casing do you?
EDIT: D`oh, just checked - back upto £22.99 now. Any other bargains around?

Easy to get out... there is a little red "plug" in the caddy.. just push this out + the top on the caddy opens up on a hinge, allowing the disc to come out ... :D
