First question, Are these people OK to order from? Next question, Whats the deal with Customs with regards to importing DVD media charges Etc.

Top company - no problems with customs, no-one ever gets charged. All in-stock items reach you inside five days from OZ which is faster than some UK firms!

Thanks for the info John, Anyone know what the situation is with customs if I wanted to order the complete Friends series (6) from OZ. Would thay "Gift wrap" ;) these items?


Never ordered from OZ so I need to know the bottom line, Dont want to get hammered with a Customs bill.

i ordered Alien Legacy box set from them and I got charged by customs for tax,import duty & hadling fee for the post office, that added an extra £16 to the bill! and b4 anyone says I asked them 2 not include the invoice and de-value the product and they did BUT still no luck! However ordered Something About Mary and never got charged! must just b boxsets !?!

Typical Government Agency, Driven by "GREED", Always wanting there share of the dosh. Dont you just love the UK Taxation Laws :(

Ive ordered Three Freinds series now, and all have arrived in 4 working days with no hassle from customs. ezydvd provides a cheap service at a good price, anyway, if u do decide to order the box set in comments just ask them to pack it as a gift, never had any probs cheers, good luck

Boyesy, maybe the customs guy that opened your package knew the cost of DVD`s.

I also orders Alien Legacy box set from EZY, It had been opened by customs on route but they didn`t charge me a penny.

A pretty fine set for only £43

Maybe if you had a proper name like mine it wouldn`t happen to you!

I ordered Friends Series 6 from Under18.org.uk.... £26.97 with Postage. Is that a Good price or what?



Lets just hope I get them before Christmas 2010 :) Only Kidding.
