UPDATE on my order

Phone arrived with wrong charger! Took it into my local o2 shop they wouldn`t exchange the charger. Called O2 they asked me to send it back, then they would send a new one. Called to check after posting it back (via freepost address supplied), was then told I would get a refund. I tried ordering it again from the website and my order was refused! I have only ordered this phone and one other. So much for their promise that as soon as the phone was received I would be able to order a replacement.
Does anyone know why the mobile suppliers are putting these restrictions on how many phones you can buy? I`ve ordered from virgin at the beginning of this year and they won`t let me order either. I even noticed in one shop (can`t remember which) that when you buy a pay as you go phone you have to pay by credit/debit card.
