BT GPS FGPXBT02 driver

I have just got this GPS unit but the disc that came with it does not have an option to load the viewer does anybody have/know how to get a driver for this viewer needed to operate my unit. I have tomtom3 on my PDA(hp4700). unit LEDS indicate location found and that it is speaking to the PDA via bluetooth but the gps needs this viewer I am told.
