You normally have to pay for these from the producers of the products, but these are currently free from the water board.

not suitable for modern cisterns with dual flush facilities or those with less than 6 litre capacity... but i am all for saving water, i have three water butts connected to each other for the garden, just the rain the other morning filled all three from 1/3 rd full, so you can save a lot in a short time!
