Matrix region 4 from ezydvd or dvdcrave.com is also uncut unlike region 1+2 and also comes in an amray case, not a dodgy warner bros snapper

let me throw this into the pot:

in november the matrix is being re-released on R1 as The Matrix - Revisited. its coming as a stand alone disc which is just packed full of extras that werent on the original release, or as a two disc set with the original release and the new `extras` disc combined.

great news stoney. I have always said that the original disc needs more extras and its about time. I hope its uncut and remastered(if thats possible) maybe throw a dts soundtrack in.

As far as I know (from reading a few US DVD sites), the Matrix - Revisited DVD is not a re-release but a brand new disc featuring special features only. The disc is meant to compliment the one most people already own and is available pre-order for around $US14 on most sites.
