Page 1 of Life on Mars series one 4 disc boxset (in store only) £5!!

Asda are selling the 4 disc Life on Mars series one for only £5!
I read about this on another forum, & TBH i thought is must have been a one off mistake, but as i was passing my local Asda, I went in to check.
It was marked up at £28.99 & there were 4 sets on the display. I took two to the till & asked if they could do a price check. And yes, it was only £5.
She seemed very surprised at the price, so I wouldn't be too shocked to find that the staff have bought whatever stock was left. Anyway if you want one, get in quick!

Not in mine they aren`t....went to have a look this afternoon, marked up at £16 and scanned at £16. :/



why take life so seriously..its not like you are going to make it out alive

the post i read was about a store in Edinburgh, my local is in East London, so maybe it was only the first run stock, can`t think of any other reason. Sorry you missed out

I tried four stores in my area, Asda Living Walsall had sold out, Bloxwich and Great Barr were scanning at £16 but the fourth store, 24 hour Walsall, was selling them at £5 - and it was indeed priced up at £5 on the shelf.

So thanks - it was worth the drive around! :D
