£4.99 dvd`s removed at PC WORLD but ENEMY AT THE GATES still £9.99

Hi just been onto the PC World website and the deals on dvd`s at £4.99 that were causing all the controversy have been removed.

However they still offer the retail version of Enemy at The Gates for £9.99 incl p+p.

Asda were still adamant that the Pc Wolrd website had been hacked and that someone had changed the prices on one dvd - THE MUMMY 1 + 2 ULTIMATE BOXSET was advertised for £4.99.

I`m sure someone wouldn`t go to all the bother of changing just one price, but you never know, maybe the pulling of the dvd`s from the site means there was a security breach.

They were removed because they had sold out, and were not getting anymore instock!!

Asda`s claim about pcworld website being hacked on the mummy boxset was very dubious imo. I am surprised no one complained about this particular claim by asda.

I reckon pcworld put the price down £4.99 and kept the mummy boxset on the site was just done to p*** off asda, cos it certainly worked.
