Video Sender @ Toys-R-Us £49.99!
Amazing deal - top spec - video sender at Toys-R-Us for less than £50.
I have just bought one, and it allows wireless transmission of satellite, digital set-top-box, video, and DVD pictures to any other tv.
Also sends mp3 files from pc to hi-fi.
Works over 100 metres - through walls etc. and picture is really very good!
Pack contains everything needed for connection.
This is at least £30 cheaper than I have found anywhere else, so is worth a look.
This was selling very well whilst I was in the shop, so it seems popular!
It looks like it is available on the website also, but there is a delivery charge (think it`s about £3.50 ish), and from my experience they are not the quickest at delivery.

Is this the price new?
Excellent deal if it is!
This is a steal if it also transmits your `remote`.
A couple of the cheaper `senders` did not transmit your remote, so meant you had to go downstairs to pause, change channels etc.
The bonus with the `Toys-R-Us` sender is that you simply take your original remote with you, and can use all functions!

Have you got a URL to the item - or could you tell me what keyword you used in the search on the http://www.toysrus.co.uk website?
I cannot seem to find it on there!!

We set up one of those senders at Toys R Us for one of the England matches. Considering it was the other side of the store with so much metal (doesnt like too much metal in the way) between the office and the sky pod, the picture was bloody good.
I looked for them in our ToysRus last week...I found the display hear the computers....all sold out though...guess they were ok then :-)
I noticed on the one that was on the display that it had a standard aerial connection too, in case you had no scart. That was one of the problems I was going to have to get round with the GigaAir 2020 if I hadn`t returned it cos it was faulty, the portable we have upstairs has no scart.

Some branches still have them. I`m not sure whether your local branch can check & order for you though - worth a try ?
Just don`t make the mistake that I wasted 10 minutes pondering over :
couldn`t get video, just a fully blanked screen ; this was with the sender connected via scart to the dig sat receiver. I had forgotten that I had , of course, got the sat rcvr. output set to RGB. Plugging the sender`s input into the VCR scart of the sat-box solved the problem immediately.

Remember if you get anything like this someone will be able to see what you are sending. I have seen several signals around 2.4Ghz from films and TV, secret survelance of someone by DHSS, chopper copper downlink and lots of security cameras.
A word of warning if you have to give important or sensative details over the phone do not use a walk around the house portable as most can be heard for quite a distance. The best are baby monitors as they are basically a bug in the house and can broadcast for miles.

Yes but to monitor the other stuff efficiently you need an S-band LNB & an analogue sat receiver (preferably manually tunable). I do this with the lnb attached to a 2.3 GHz (amateur band) Yagi as we also transmit amateur TV up there. It is surprising how many alarm signals & other stuff (including "heli-telly"I is there as well as microwave oven interference.
