LOTR lip-sync problems?

A friend of mine (Liam) has asked me to post this question.

Has anyone else with the R2 LOTR disc experienced any lip-sync problems? He says it`s only slight and is planning to take it back to the shop for an exchange, but was wondering if it was only him, or anyone else had had the same problems???
