Is the region 2 Robin Hood - POT, a flipper like the region 1 version?

Don`t think so, but I hear the transfer is not very high quality

And the region 2 version is cut so if you want an uncut version you will have to go for region 1 or 4 which are flippers and ntsc (yes thats right the region 4 version is ntsc for some reason)
