Page 1 of Gutted....LOTR SE REG 1 from Play....they messed up and sent me wrong discs....

Gah, ive never had this crap before with anything ive bought....

settled down to watch LOTR when i find that they`ve only packed me 1 of the film discs and instead of disc 2 of the film they`ve put 2 copies of the extras disc in...so 1 film disc and 3 extras discs....damn.

what a nightmare its on my m8s card as well...gonna have to try and get a return sorted tomorrow...im p***ed off though now, big time....

Surely it`s not Plays fault, it should have come shrink wrapped by the distributor, so it`s their fault. Presumably Play will happily change it for you.

I had a similar thing - instead of the second disc of extras I
had another copy of the second film disc.

I get the impression the EIV had been churning these out
in a hurry!

I`d ordered from DVDplus and they were very good about it.
They sent me out a replacement copy as soon as I phoned
them. Then once it arrived I sent the original back (being an
honest soul).
