The curse of Season One`s....

estevé (Harmless) posted this on Saturday, 29th November 2003, 22:08

Does anyone know the reasoning behind releasing first-season sets of shows such as LAW & ORDER, LARRY SANDERS etc, only to have them "die-a-death"?

After all, we see season-by-season sets for far lesser shows. Where`s the logic?

Larry Sanders season one got terrible sales so they said they wouldn`t release any more. Maybe more people would have bought it if not for the fact that some reviews said that the picture quality was worse then their vhs copies. End of the day money talks...
