Page 1 of Tarantinos "Special Stuff"

I`m trying to decide whether to get Kill Bill Vol1 now or wait until Vols 1 and 2 come out together later on in the year. Unfortunately Tarantino `s not helping much with the decision.

"I`m thinking about it big time already," he said. "I can`t imagine a better movie when it comes to great DVD stuff. I`m gonna really play fair as far as the DVD`s concerned, you know? We`ll come up with separate DVDs for Volume 1 and Volume 2 and I`ll do special stuff for each of those. Then we`ll come up with a real big version with them both together but I won`t repeat the special stuff I put on Volume 1 and Volume 2. I`ll do something whole other from that. I might even do some other little movie thing just to go on that special double feature version."

Anybody got any thoughts?

And, if George Lucas came out with similar comments about Star Wars, wouldn`t he just get creamed for it?

well if the special stuff is the so far announced- documentary, quentin-thats all your gonna get on this one, like, thats it. ill do an introduction for the boxset tho-tarantino can wait for my money for the boxset.

Yeah probably...but only after he brought out the Kill Bill `special edition` where he restored the scene where Uma shoots first, and the part where Lucy Liu steps on Jabbas tail...oh and then refused to release the origional theatrical film because great films are never finished..only abandoned :p

He should be slapped, for doing a Disney.

Fair enough if you are releasing a bare bones edition and then a feature rich one later on, but to slap extras on both and don`t duplicate is just money grabbing.
