Cyberlinks` Power DVD, as well as being a good software player, has an excellent screen capture mode. Retail only though I`m afraid.

WinDVD2000 and PowerDVD. WinDVD`s shortcut key is hidden somewhere in the help file (it`s `P`, I believe)
If you don`t mind breaking a few copyright laws, go to http://dvd.da.ru and download one of them (or both ;)

Does your VGA card have a video overlay?
if so you may need to turn it off for the print screen to work. also run it in a window and not full screen for the cap.

Why not just download Paint Shop pro (or any other package that allows screen capture) and grab it that way? Simple as dragging a box over the picture and cutting and pasting. :)

Does it work with PSP? I tried a couple of other (less powerful) programs and they can`t capture the video overlay used by almost all VGA cards. All I got was a black screen.
