Vampire films I liked would be:
Interview with the Vampire
Dracula 2000
Blade
From Dusk till Dawn

I Didnt Like:
Queen of the Damned
Bram Stoker`s Dracula
From Dusk till Dawn 2 & 3
Blade II

Of course theres loads more I like and don`t like but it would take to long to list them all ;) Haven`t seen any werewolf ones apart from American Werewolf in London which I wasn`t too keen on.

Of course, i completely forgot all about Blade and Dusk both of which i have here on DvD, lol. Blade 2 was alright but nothing special and Blade:Trinity looks pretty good too. I personally wouldnt really class Dusk a Vampire film though.

Not a huge fan of Werewolf movies, but An Amarican Werewolf in London is cool. Quite liked Ginger Snaps as well. Vampire films are a different story though. Films I like off of the top of my head are:

Blade
Blade II
Near Dark
Fight Night (even though it`s cheesy)
The Lost Boys
Mr. Vampire
From Dusk Till Dawn

Quite liked Interview with the Vampire and Bram Stoker`s (mostly cause of Gary Oldman), and I have just got Underworld but haven`t watched it yet. Twins Effect is a bit naff, but I fancy a look at Tsui Hark`s Vampire Hunters. Need to see Chronos as well.

American Werewolf in London
Dog Soldiers
Underworld (comes under both I guess)

As far as vampire flicks, I`d go for:

Blade
Near Dark
The Lost Boys
From Dusk Till Dawn
Underworld

I`m shocked that so many people liked Near Dark, personally i thought is was rather boring. I actually forced myself to watch it all the way through because i had just paid £11 for it. Ive still got it here so i`ll give it another go on the off chance that i was having a bad day at the time or something like that.

The Howling, ive just added that to my wants list as it does look rather good. Wasn`t it a remake of a foreign film or am i thinking of the Changeling?

Near Dark is probably my fave vampire film. Can`t believe nobody has mentioned Daughters of Darkness or Twins of Evil yet, both smart films.

What`s the name of the film about Vlad the Impaler where they reckon he was Dracula?. I thought it was Shadow of the Vampire and ive only now remebered that Shadow was about the filming of Nosferato.
