Charlies Angels (R1) On Wharfedale 750

James Clews (Competent) posted this on Sunday, 8th April 2001, 10:11

I`m thinking about purchasing "Charlies Angels" but have heard that it has been RCE, is this true?

If it is, does anybody know if it works on the old Wharfedale 750?

Cheers

Hi James,

Charlies Angels and The 6th Day both have RCE.

Unfortunately I can`t answer for the original 750. I have the newest 750S and they both play fine, but then so did The Patriot and Hollow Man.

Other colleagues have a Sony and a Toshiba, and RCE raises its ugly head on those machines.

Cheers

Chris

Cheers Chris, looks like I`ll have to wait until the R2 version.

Thanks again.

Hmmmmmm....

Far be it for me to do down .com businesses, but DVDaddicts R1 sale list is _very_ like Futureent`s cheap list - except about £2.50 or so dearer!

Choice as always is down to individual tastes, but I know where I`d go.

Caveat Emptor guys!
