Where can I find popular and current DVD`s at price with good currency exchange rates?

I would like it if anyone could tell me where can I find a website with a great selection of current and popular DVDs`(such as "Blow" or "Casino") with prices at low currency rates such as Hong Kong DVDs`. (Ex: The U.S. Dollar rate to the H.K. Dollar rate allows a great savings on my part!) If anyone can help, please do!
