Page 1 of Porno cast confirmed? -That`s the sequel to Trainspotting not some film I`m making :o

Its been a while since I read it, but I think I remember it being pretty graphic...but Trainspotting was hardly a kids film :D

Would love to see Begbie back though - and him going after Mark Renton...ah its all coming back to me now.

Trainspotting is one of my fave films ever so was really hoping that this would happen. Especially since Porno is set like 10 years after Trainspotting as well.

I don`t think it would be hard to stay faithful to the book, think how slack the censors are with half the stuff out nowadays! This has got me well pleased, it would just HAVE to have McGregor back though, or it`d almost be pointless. If they are def all back on board and it`s going ahead, I can`t wait :)

Wait for it...never seen trainspotters.

Some films that were notoriously angry, bloody and violent I never bothered seeing, like the above and a clockwork orange, etc.

Funny thing is I can take angry bloody and violent if its fantasy or Si-fi films, or even historical films. But when its down to earth and and too close to a dark reality, I just do not like and will not watch.

They may have been at the time, but neither of them are remotely as controversial looking back.
Clockwork Orange is an excellent film, the violence in it now is practically pre-watershed in this day and age, and it has things to say about society.

Hopefull it will be good, they've apparently gone pretty far away from the books and done their own thing.The first film I would say only has one real scene of violence, that's probably "necessary" to show how unhinged one character is.Like RJS said, it's not that controversial really.

It's got to be great, hasn't it? Surely it has?
