Page 1 of WHEN DO WE GET SPECIAL EDITIONS

When will we ever get special editions of EL CID, FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE and THE ALAMO (1961). Been conned several times with so called Widescreen Editions of El Cid & Fall Of The Roman Empire and found they are not even in correct screen ratio. Scorsese did a full restoration of "Cid" a few years back for Laserdisc release but the only way we get to see this on DVD is a poorly copied version from the Laser available from Hong Kong. Even this version is far superior to all others issued officially. THE ALAMO was issued fully restored on VHS & Laser but what do we get on DVD, the cut version. FOTRE is, like El Cid incorrect ration and poor quality print. Full version available in correct ratio from Brazil & HK again. BUT WHEN DO WE GET SPECIAL EDITIONS?
