Page 1 of Movie Development Books???

Remember reading a review some years ago about a book released detailing some of the movie development-hell stories - including Arnie`s proposed `Crusades` movie. Anybody know (and if you lot don`t know, I don`t know who will? :/ ) what is was called???
Also interested in any other recommended books on the `background` of movies.

No sooner than I typed the phrase `movie development hell` (and I had been searching for quite a while before that, just not used those terms, must be `Searchers Block` or something!) - than I thought that would be a good search string, and came up with;

BUT - any other recommedations would be appreciated.

Don`t know about any books, but every now and again Empire and Total Film, do a Development Hell article, which always includes Terry Gilliam.

I think each of his films has a dev hell him vs the suits book!

edit, d`oh see you found it as I was typing, in any case, finding books about Gilliam may help.
